We have made some changes to further improve the experience and usability of Forefront!
To secure the Text notification function of the system and to have no downtime, we have locked the ability to send Text notifications to Numbers in US and Canada or numbers with the +1 country code.
You may ask what will happen to your employees or team members that you have who don’t have a phone number in the US or Canada?
Forefront has other ways to send out notifications namely, Mobile (if you are using the Forefront Mobile app, In-app (within the system itself), and emails.
As of this writing if you have added a non-US or Canada phone number you will now get this error message in the system.
