We’re happy to announce some new features added to Forefront and bug fixes!
- Outbound calls, Text emails are now logged by who or what sent them!
- Truncated inbound Callrail texts that create records no longer create duplicated records!
- All Follow sequence activities can now be seen inside the activity log.
All outbound communications are logged together with or what sent them.
In the past any text, email that was sent from the system does not show who or what sent them, now with the new update, you will be able to see if a person sent the Text, the email, or even if it came from a “Status Automation” or one of your “Follow up sequences” that way you’ll know who was able to reach out to them and when!

Callrail Texts are no longer truncated!
Whenever someone sends you a text to your Callrail number and it lands inside of Forefront but the message is broken down into chunks and or Truncated and this is due to the 160 character limit of Callrail, we worked around this limit and now all of the messages sent to your CallRail number will be presented as one whole text without it being broken up!
Follow up sequence activities are now logged!
If a sequence is paused, resumed, canceled, completed, or if a Lead entered a Follow-up sequence, you can all see them now inside the activity log so you can easily know when the sequence was started and what happened between those times.
