We’ve made multiple improvements on Forefront “CallScripts”
Mandatory/Required Fields
You can now set specific fields in your Callscript so you can ensure your team or cold callers fill up all the important information for the lead.

Default Callscripts and Direct access to Callscripts within the lead.
You can now set a default Callscript which can be used to update and add more information on the fly whenever you are speaking on the phone with the seller, rather than clicking tons of buttons you can just open that default Callscript and add more information while speaking with them!
The Callscript will be pre-populated with the lead info that exists for the lead. And will update the lead info when saved (instead of creating a new record like the normal use of a call script would)
